We hope you never have to cancel your appointment, but if you do, please be aware of these policies.
Your massage service time is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

The online booking link is the best way to cancel or reschedule. If online booking is not giving you an option it likely means you are outside the parameters of the cancellation policy.
Customized Therapeutic Massage by Summer is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
Please notify me before 4 pm at least two days prior to your scheduled appointment of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Tuesday appointment, please call/text/email us by 4 pm on Saturday.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
If you give less than 48 hours notice two or more times within a 6-month time period, you will be unable to book an appointment in advance online and need to place a call in order to schedule an appointment.
Here at Customized Therapeutic Massage by Summer we understand that illnesses, accidents, and emergencies happen that prevent 48 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience if an emergency arises. These situations will be considered case by case.
Any illicit, sexually aggressive or suggestive behavior, remarks, or advances, will result in immediate termination of the session and are liable for payment for the full scheduled appointment.
Massage can be contraindicated for certain medical conditions. State all known medical conditions, list medications, and answer all questions honestly. Inform practitioner of any changes in medical profile at each appointment. Failure to do so the practitioner will not be held liable.
Massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. That a physician or qualified medical specialist will be sought out for any mental or physical ailment that you are aware of.
Massage is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session immediately inform the practitioner so that pressure and strokes can be adjusted to match your comfort level.

The gratuity is not included in the price of services, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room with cash or upon checkout with a credit card.
